Witman is currently the Hong Kong Deputy to 13th National People’s Congress (NPC) and Principal Liaison Officer for Hong Kong, Shenzhen Qianhai Authority. Prof Hung has strong interest in the research of GBA collaboration, national development, technological innovation and youth affairs. A seasoned ICT professional and angel investor, he currently serves as a leader in different social organizations, including Executive Chairman of Chinese Big Data Society and Global Council Member of the World Summit Awards. He is also an Independent Non-executive Director of several companies listed in the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
