Ray Yang is a Partner at Marathon Venture Partners (MVP), a China-based early to growth stage venture capital fund focusing on healthcare. Prior to founding MVP, Mr. Yang was a Managing Director at Northern Light Venture Capital, where he led the firm’s investments both in Healthcare and fintech. He started his venture capital career with Orchid Asia Group Management in 2004, where he helped establish the firm’s China operations and served as an Investment Director. Prior to his venture capital career, Ray worked at China’s Ministry of Commerce and the Chinese Consulate General in Houston as a diplomat for 7 years.
