BIOHK2020 date COLOUR content2 is an international convention organized by HKBIO that aims to provide a global platform for exploring the potential and limitless biotech opportunities sprouting in Hong Kong and allow networking between leading industry practitioners from around the globe.

BIOHK2020 date COLOUR content2 is comprised of three events, namely the Expo, Conference & Roadshow, and One2One Partnering. All three will be held simultaneously over a period of 4 days in Hong Kong.

Expo aims to provide a platform for exhibitors from around the world to showcase their products and innovations, and to learn about the innovative developments by leaders in the global biotech industry and beyond.

Conference & Roadshow seeks to provide an intellectual forum where researchers and industry practitioners could share their work and practical development experiences regarding specific new challenges, emerging issues, and future trends in biotechnology and other related areas.

One2One Partnering intends to aid attendees in identifying and connecting prospective partners in the form of investors, analysts and partnering companies for future collaborations.

HKBIO   HKBIO is a non-profit organization established in 2010 by reputable industry and esteemed academic representatives, who strives to continuously promote Hong Kong as the biotech hub of Asia. The organization has organized and sponsored several successful events in the past to highlight the potential of Hong Kong’s biotechnology industry.
BH logo   BayHelix is an organization of leaders of Chinese heritage in the global life sciences and healthcare community. The organization aspires to shape the growth of the life sciences and healthcare industry around the Pacific Rim and beyond, foster and create business opportunities, supply and nurture the leaders for the community, and network and share information and experience. BayHelix is a non-profit organization and its membership is by-invitation-only.

With the help of more than 5.3 million individual donors over the last 46 years, NFCR has delivered more than $380 million in funding to public education and cancer research leading to several important, life-saving discoveries.

GuangDong   As a provincial-level industry association, Guangdong Bio-Industry Association was registered and established in October 2012 by the Guangdong Provincial Civil Affairs Department. The association is a province-wide, industry-based non-profit social organization that is voluntarily participated by economic organizations and related units engaged in the biological industry. It accepts the business guidance of the relevant functional departments of the Guangdong Provincial People's Government and the supervision and management of the registration management organs.

The Centre is a not-for-profit institution serving academic exchange. It aims to promote the initiation and development of activities involving academic, science and technology interflow, as well as cooperation between Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas institutes by providing enquiry services, liaison and financial assistance, etc.
 
The Centre is commissioned by Mainland education, science and technology units, and supported by the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. At present, participation in the Centre's Board of Directors includes such institutions as the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the China Association for Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
